We partnered with Restore Patch, an innovative wellness brand offering wearable patches for stress, energy, focus, and sleep, to build and scale their social media presence from launch. As a new product category, the goal was to create a content strategy that educated health-conscious consumers while making the benefits feel relatable, accessible, and easy to understand. Through a combination of education-led content, UGC, and lifestyle-driven storytelling, we helped position Restore Patch as a trusted and modern alternative to traditional wellness supplements.
THE APPROACH
We built a launch-to-growth social media strategy designed to introduce a new product category and educate health-conscious consumers. Our approach focused on creating content that translated product benefits into relatable, everyday use cases such as stress, energy, and sleep, making an unfamiliar format easy to understand and adopt. We also directed and coordinated creator and UGC partnerships to generate authentic trials, testimonials, and lifestyle-driven content. In addition, we developed seasonal campaigns aligned with real-life moments, including stress, travel, and back-to-school, to increase relevance and engagement.
RESULTS
We grew the Instagram account from 0 to approximately 20K followers, establishing an initial and engaged audience. Through consistent, education-led storytelling, we increased brand awareness and improved product understanding among target consumers. Our strategy drove strong engagement from niche wellness audiences, supporting repeat interest and purchase behavior. We also built a scalable library of creator and UGC content for ongoing organic and paid use, ultimately positioning Restore Patch as an accessible and innovative alternative to traditional wellness supplements.
