Need a couple social media marketing tips to try this week? Get started below:
Leverage Post Engagement Ads
If you have Facebook post engagement ads running for your brand, it will show on each post on the Facebook page how many people ‘liked’ it. If you click on that link it will show each individual person with an ‘Invite’ button next to it. (I attached a screenshot of what it looks like) If you click on this for each post on each person, it will send them an invitation to like and follow the page. It’s an easy way to build a lot more followers on your page for free.
Grow your Facebook page by incorporating video into your content schedule

Host a Voting Based Contest on Instagram
Here is a quick example:
1.) Announce Contest with an Instagram Post. See caption for a recent contest we just organized for client 3D Crystals where we had participants submit photos of their pup in order to win a 3D crystal of that photo.
“Make sure to enter our #3DCrystalPuppyLove Contest! All you have to do is upload a picture of your pup with the hashtag above and follow our page to be automatically entered to win a beautiful 3D crystal with the photo of your pup. We’ll announce the winner on our page! You have 3 weeks to enter!”
*Another element you can try adding on is asking entrants to tag one friend which can help increase reach but weigh additional “asks” to a small decrease in engagement (i.e. don’t ask people to jump through 10 hoops to enter or they won’t jump at all).
2.) Allow people to vote on their favorites once contest is complete. You can pick your top 5 (or 3 or 7) in order for people to vote for their favorite (1 vote = 1 like on their favorite post). You can also put all of the finalists in one image and ask people to comment their favorite but keep in mind that if you get a ton of entries (obviously a good thing), it will be very time consuming to go through each comment to tally up the results.
3.) Announce Winner. (And Send Out Prize). Make sure to ask them if they can send you a picture or share on their social.
Bonus: promote the contest by reaching out to influencers (maybe ones you’ve already worked with to see if they’d be willing to participate). You can also see if these influencers would be willing to promote the contest but you will most likely need to be willing to provide them product or compensation in exchange for their time.
